Terms of Use

Agreement to Terms

Welcome to our service. We are glad you have chosen our team to help protect your home and family. By using our website or our services, you are agreeing to the rules listed on this page.

Think of these terms as a digital handshake. They explain what you can expect from our service and what our team needs from you to keep your home safe. If you do not agree with these rules, please do not use our site or our security services.

Our team has been a trusted part of the Arizona community since 1999. Our team maintains the high standards that have earned us an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.

Keeping Your Home Protected

Our team is dedicated to giving your family the best protection possible using simple and reliable tools. Since 1999, we have focused on delivering security solutions that fit the way you live. Our service includes:
  • Custom Alarm Systems: We install sensors on your doors and windows to catch any unusual activity right away.
  • Security Cameras: Our team sets up high-quality cameras with night vision so you can see what is happening around your home from your phone at any time.
  • 24/7 Professional Monitoring: Your system is connected to a central station that watches over your home day and night.
  • Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms: These sensors give your family early warning of fire or gas leaks.
  • Video Intercoms: You can see and speak with visitors at your door or gate before you let them in.
  • Smart Home Automation: Our service can connect your lights and locks to your security system, making your home easier to manage.

Your Part in the Plan

A great security plan works best when we work together. To make sure your security system is always ready, we ask that you and your family help with a few tasks:

  • Keep Your Info Updated: If you change your phone number or emergency contacts, please let our team know right away.
  • Train Your Family: Make sure everyone who lives in your home knows how to use the alarm and how to cancel a false alarm if they set it off by accident.
  • Maintain Your Gear: While our team installs professional equipment, we need you to check the batteries in your sensors if your keypad shows an alert.
  • Permits and Fees: Many areas in Tucson require an alarm permit. You are responsible for keeping your permit current and paying any fees for false alarms.
  • Test Your System: We recommend checking your system once a month to make sure every door and window sensor is talking to our team correctly.

Local Tucson Alarm Rules

We want to make sure your family gets help as quickly as possible when you need it. Our team follows the specific rules set by the City of Tucson.

  • Two-Call Verification: Before our team calls the police for a burglar alarm, our monitoring center is required to try and reach your family twice to see if it was an accident.
  • Registration is Key: To get a police response at your home, your alarm must be registered with the City of Tucson.
  • Waivers for Families: If your family has a false alarm, you may be able to have a fine waived by taking the city’s online Alarm Awareness Class.
  • Suspension of Service: If a home has too many false alarms, the police may stop responding to that address.

Our Promise and Limits

We are proud to provide high-quality gear to help keep your family safe. However, it is important to understand what our service is and what it is not.

  • We Are a Security Service: Our team provides tools to detect and alert you to trouble. We are not an insurance company.
  • Maintain Your Insurance: You should always keep a standard homeowners insurance policy for your home.
  • System Limitations: Factors like power outages, cut phone lines, or blocked camera views can affect how the system works.
  • Our Limit of Liability: If something goes wrong, our team’s responsibility is limited to the terms of your specific service plan.

Changes, Updates, and Saying Goodbye

As technology and local laws change for 2026, our team may need to update these rules.

  • Changes: If we make a big change, we will post the new rules here on our website.
  • Moving Homes: If your family moves, please let our team know so we can help you move your gear or set up a new system.
  • Ending Your Plan: If you need to stop your service, please call our Tucson office. We will walk you through the notice period and steps for your specific plan.
